Commission Projects

Commissioned Work

The photographs below are a selection of my some of the tiles I have been commissioned to create.

(I have not given dimensions and the images are not to scale)

More Images of other pottery & ceramic sculpture commissions will be added soon

I have had many commissions for hand-made, hand painted tiles. Some have been from a historical perspective, which I have researched, to commemorate an event or celebrate different aspects of place through the ages. As the world is in a constant state of flux, it is valuable to honor our roots in previous eras by showing images related to a place in previous times. Others have been of creatures, views or photographs which are special to the Client. The tiles can be mounted on boards as a moveable display feature, or fixed to the wall for decorative and practical purposes i.e. kitchens or fireplaces. Any starting point can be chosen to make them both bespoke and unique. I can design them bearing in mind the space they will occupy, your chosen image or subject, and many possible colour combinations. Please contact me via email or telephone to discuss any requirements that you may have, for yourself or for a special gift. I will be happy to create similar items for you, but as every piece is made by hand, they are all unique and not moulded or mass produced.
